Clarification: to avoid any confusion, here’s an example of behavior considered destructive: stating in the group that "self-work is pointless." Comments like this undermine the group, and no one feels good afterwards.

2. Respect and Motivation

Mutual respect is the foundation of our community. Therefore, interactions should always be conducted with respect and empathy. Criticizing others' choices, actions, or feelings in a destructive way is not acceptable. Our goal is to strengthen motivation and respect within the group, not to diminish them.

3. Consequences of Harmful Behavior

If someone acts in a way that undermines the morale, love, or respect within our community, we will take action to protect the mental health and well-being of our members, which may result in blocking that person's access to the portal.

4. Individual Responsibility

Each member is responsible for the impact of their words and actions on the community. We invite you to consider the impact of your contributions and to choose expressions that foster a positive and constructive atmosphere.

5. Reporting and Support

If you feel that someone is violating this policy, we encourage you to report it. We will take the necessary steps to address the situation.

POUR DE BON is, above all, a life coaching environment, and if you refuse to be coached or are not coachable, for my well-being as a coach, I will be obliged to close your account.
